Yahoo director joins Th_nk after 18-month search
Newcastle-based digital agency, TH_NK has ended its 18-month search for a new client services director with the appointment of Stuart McGregor from Yahoo Search Marketing (YSM).
McGregor was European business development director for YSM, working across a number of different channels, from shopping to travel. He was also responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship between Overture and Yahoo,
McGregor’s previous roles include senior business development manager at MSN and UK IT delivery service manager for KPMG.
In his new role, he’ll head up the company’s current client portfolio, which includes NHS, Northern Rock, Grainger plc and ITV, while managing director Tarek Nseir will focus on building the company’s London operation.
Nseir said: “It’s has been a long process but a very necessary one with the important position we were looking to fill and with the responsibilities the role entails we needed to ensure we got the right person.”
