An agency called england has created a new campaign to promote New Broughton – the £500million Countryside Properties development of 74 acres of land in Salford, Manchester.

The activity, which has been separated into two stages, required the Leeds-based agency to position the transformation of Lower Broughton as a desirable but affordable place to live, offering homes with ample gardens and space yet all within a mile of the city centre.

Stage one involves a teaser campaign entitled ‘The suburbs are coming to the city’, and features a garden gnome enjoying city living, while the second stage demonstrates how people buying a home in the area can experience the best of suburbia and city living.

Chief executive of an agency called england, Tony Stanton, said, “The experienced team behind this campaign has worked hard to achieve and exceed Countryside’s objectives, creating a buzz around not only the new homes, but New Broughton as an area.”
