Bazuka, the verruca and wart gel treatment brand, has launched a new ad to highlight the effectiveness of the products.

Created by southwest-based agency Bray Leino, the commercial will have an initial week-long run during GMTV advertising slots before appearing on a range of channels – both digital and terrestrial – until 26 August.

The execution features Alfie Wise, the UK’s current Under 11 karate champion and seven-year-old Jemma Stephenson. Together they punch and kick their way through warts and verrucas to highlight the power of Bazuka Gel and Bazuka Extra Strength.

The new commercial positions the gel and the extra strength gel as the best treatment for warts, providing an effective treatment without freezing – a process that can sometimes be painful.

A print campaign running across magazines such as Hello!, OK!, Take a Break, That\'s Life and other women\'s titles will run from May until August.
