D8 creates Festival literature

D8 has been working with client UZ Events to design all promotional material and develop the brand for Big in Falkirk festival, Scotland’s national street arts festival.

The festival, which will run from 5 – 6 May, attracts over 100,000 visitors and includes outdoor theatre, pyrotechnic displays, art, comedy and music acts.

D8's designs took influences from the 180-acre Callendar Park, where the festival is held and the contrasting tower blocks surrounding it.

The brief included all the festival identity, all print material, programme, website, as well as a series of 8ft squirrels and ducks.
