Gate Films signs award-winning duo GotGotNeed
The Gate Films has announced a new addition to its roster of directors in the shape of GotGotNeed, an award-winning animation collaboration between Adam Wells and Will Smith.
Formed in 2004 while the pair were at Sky, GotGotNeed has won the 2005 Design Week award for TV and video, two Promax gold awards and a host of other accolades. They have also worked for Channel 4, BBC, Channel 5, MTV and The Amp.
Steve Byrne, marketing director of The Gate, said: “It’s taken some time for us to get hold of Adam and Will, but we’ve been aware of their work for a long time and we are seriously excited about having such a world-class pairing on board.”
