John Wilford, founder of Birmingham-based Rave Communications, has bought 25 per cent of web specialist Net Syndicate.

Established in 1999, the company specialises in designing and building websites which are focused on sales and profit, and provides a range of services to businesses to allow them to effectively use web technologies.

Wilford will have an active role in Net Syndicate, which operates across the UK from offices in Derby and Nottingham.

He said: “Net Syndicate is a supplier I have long admired. There’s a good deal of synergy between our two businesses, and this was the logical progression.”
