Imagine Homes has appointed EHS Brann Cirencester to handle its through-the-line creative account.

EHS Brann Cirencester won the account after pitching against three undisclosed agencies for the business.

The property firm, which offers guaranteed rental income to buy-to-let investors, was founded by Grant Bovey, the firm’s current CEO.

EHS Brann Cirencester has been tasked with creating a campaign featuring press, outdoor and online advertising, as well as CRM and direct marketing activity. Media is expected to reach around £1.3million.

The campaign will target both experienced and potential buy-to-let property investors, communicating the Imagine Homes proposition using the strapline: “Imagine Homes - the simple way to profit from property.”

EHS Brann Cirencester, which is part of the Euro RSCG 4D network, will tailor the creative executions to target the different audiences. More detailed and audience-specific messages will also be used for vertical titles.

Direct media agency Equi=Media will be responsible for planning and buying press and outdoor advertising space, as well as driving traffic to the Imagine Homes website through paid-for and natural search activity.

Alison Hamer, managing director of EHS Brann Cirencester, said: “Imagine Homes has brought an innovative product to market in an increasingly competitive sector. It is our job to ensure this product is communicated in a compelling manor, thereby attracting the right calibre of investor.”

Nathalie White, marketing manager for Imagine Homes, added: “EHS Brann Cirencester has shown a thorough understanding of how to tailor communications to target different audiences within an integrated campaign.

“We are looking forward to taking our brand advertising to a new level, as we look to realise our ambitious growth plans for Imagine Homes in 2007.”
