Didsbury-based Clear Marketing Communications has strengthened its business-to-business offering with the acquisition of Perrin McCloud.

Perrin McCloud, which specialises in design within the IT and internet sectors, was established by Rebecca Perrin in 2001. It now counts the likes of Nokia, Servo, Chiphertrust and Relysis Digital on its client base and has an annual turnover of £6 million.

Perrin said: “We had been considering becoming part of a larger group for some time and identified Clear as a company that shared our philosophy to understand and address the business issues facing a client as well as the communications challenges when providing a marketing campaign.”
