SWOT Awards open for Scotland

The SWOT Marketing Awards have been opened up to all businesses, marketing consultancies and marketing service agencies in Scotland.

Due to popular demand the awards remit has been expanded to include Scotland, with the deadline now extended to Monday 19 February.

Categories include Marketer of the Year, New Product Launch, Strategy of the Year, Best Design Strategy and Best Advertising Strategy.

Judges include Ken Grier of the Edrington Group, Prof Susan Hart from Strathclyde University, Allan Evans of Price Waterhouse Coopers, Dawn Holmes, Diane Earles and Garry MacLaren from the CIM, Jonathan Cummings of the IOD and Mairi Clark, editor of The Drum.

The panel will be judging entries on a strategic level, looking at how the strategy has been implemented as part of an overall marketing plan or as a bespoke initiative or campaign.
