Weber Shandwick has launched a website, ScotlandVotes.com, in a bid to engage the Scottish voter in the run-up to the Scottish Parliament elections later this year.

Voters can see the latest opinion poll figures or add their own fantasy poll and see how that would affect the political make-up of the Scottish Parliament.

There is also an interactive graphic of the parliamentary chamber and maps showing which seats could change hands on 3 May.

The website was created by Weber Shandwick Public Affairs and designed by Shandwick Design. Moray Macdonald, director of Weber Shandwick Public Affairs in Scotland, said: “The public can now see how their vote could potentially change the composition of the Scottish Parliament.

“As well as predicting the future parliament, the website allows users to view information about their local constituency, who’s standing and what the parties are saying. Crucially, the website also allows people to publicly comment about what is happening in their local area, providing everyone with an on-the-ground insight into the local campaigns.”
