Time is running out to get tickets for the Marketing Society of Scotland’s annual debate on 15 February at the Scotch Whisky Heritage Centre in Edinburgh.

The motion for the debate – now in its second year – will be ‘alcohol brands have no place in sports sponsorship’.

Speakers for and against the motion are championship debater Kenny Harris, director of Headsurfing, which helps organisations and individuals develop creative thinking, and Gerry O’Donnell, brand director of Famous Grouse.

Tickets cost £47 for members and £63 for non-members. The event starts at 5.30pm. For tickets and information go to www.marketing-society.org.uk.
