The City Golf Company has appointed 442 Design to create the interior and brand identity of a new state-of-the-art indoor golf venue.

The 5000sqft venue, called The Clubhouse combines, the latest in golf simulation technology with the atmosphere of a contemporary bar and restaurant. The £1million project will be located at Edinburgh Quay and will open later this year.

Customers will have the opportunity to play more than 50 of the world’s best courses – including Pebble Beach, The Old Course and Valderrama – on six ‘full-swing’ golf simulators.

Creative director at 442 Design, Kevin Rettie, said: “The Clubhouse will have very stylish interior and branding which captures the essence of golf in an urban setting. It’s golf without the usual dress code restrictions and stuffiness of traditional establishments.”
