WAA lands in the lap of luxury with hotel win

The Chester Grosvenor and Spa - part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World Group (SLH) - has appointed WAA to develop a marketing strategy for the redevelopment of its Westminster Suite.

The Sutton Coldfield-based agency will work alongside its sister companies internet consultancy and e-commerce specialist WebXpress and Send Marketing Solutions, which will handle the online and direct marketing aspects of the campaign respectively.

The aim of the activity is to raise and maintain awareness and drive bookings for the new suite, which is due to be unveiled at a launch event in September 2007.

Activity will include a teaser campaign, in-hotel literature and online marketing.

Jonathan Slater, managing director at the Chester Grosvenor and Spa, said: \"WAA\'s work with SLH means the agency has a good understanding of the positioning and core values of our hotel.\"
