Wolffe and Co. is pitching in partnership with Dublin designer Dara Ní Bheacháin, for the Irish business for Starwood UK and Ireland.

Wolffe and Co. has successfully serviced the hotels Westin Dublin and Sheraton Fota Island from pre-opening to ongoing projects. The five star properties are being joined by a third property Killeen Castle, which will open in 2009 with a Jack Nicklaus-designed championship golf course.

Andrew Wolffe said: “Along with Dara, who has worked with The K Club, we can include Gleneagles Golf Courses, The Ryder Cup official literature and The Westin Turnberry Resort in our credentials.”

Meanwhile, Wolffe and Co. has also been appointed to design a set of menus for Raymond Blanc at the Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons. The bespoke menus reflect the interiors of the two Michelin starred property in Oxfordshire.
