Frank The Agency has been appointed by jewellery retailer Beaverbrooks to develop its new advertising strategy.

The Cheshire-based agency was chosen by Beaverbrooks following a competitive pitch.

Frank The Agency – which pitched alongside Manchester-based strategists ThinkMedia – will be creating a new advertising and media strategy for the client.

Frank The Agency’s assignment is to help Beaverbrooks “trial and explore” methods in which it can target its audience and reposition itself in the marketplace. Both parties will start work immediately on a regionalised trial tailored.

Jeremy Smith, head of marketing at Beaverbrooks, said of the appointment: “As a retailer, customer service is the heard of what we do, and internally we are totally focussed on aligning our people with our brand.”
