Citigate SMARTS has won its fourth project for Glasgow Musuems, this time to develop an advertising campaign for the reopening of Glasgow’s Kevingrove Art Gallery and Museum.

The gallery and museum- which has been closed since summer 2003 - is due to open in July following a £27.9 million refurbishment. Citigates will launch a press and poster campaign in June, with the theme ‘Kelvingrove is back and better than ever’.

The agency has previously worked on three other projects for Glasgow Museums - the closure campaign for Kelvingrove, the Art Treasures of Kelvingrove at McLellan Galleries and the museum’s subsequent refurbishment appeal. Kelvingrove is the most visited museum in the UK, outside London.

Citigates has also won a campaign brief for a new online wedding planner website, www.nearlymarried.com, which allows couples to plan all aspects of their wedding online, by creating personalised websites.
