Benchmark PR has secured four substantial account wins, including the Scottish consumer PR account for Boots Plc.

Benchmark will provide corporate support and promote the new product development process on a retained basis. It will work with Jane Wood, head of corporate affairs in Scotland on the account.

The agency has also won the media relationship brief for Paterson Arran, the Livingston-based biscuit and shortbread manufacturers, and The Scottish Nappy Company, a niche, family run business specialising in reusable nappies.

The Scottish Nappy Company has charged Benchmark with focusing on media relations and issues management, driving the real versus disposable debate.

The agency has also developed a strategy for Scottish Business in the Community to promote corporate social responsibility.

The latest wins follow the recent appointment of Audrey Mill as director of business development. Mill - who joined this year from Citigate Smarts - previously worked in-house at Rangers Football Club managing corporate communications.
