Storm ID creates smoking support website
NHS Health Scotland has launched its “You can stop smoking” website. Developed by Storm ID, the website has been designed in response to the new anti-smoking legislation that came into force on 26 March.
The aim of the website is to establish an effective online information and support service for people directly involved in giving up smoking. The site caters to a range of audiences including those who are thinking about giving up smoking, and those who have decided to stop.
The site also provides information for those looking to help others stop including professionals, and family and friends.
Storm has been working in close partnership with a specialist usability company to ensure that the site meets the needs of its users. Expert reviews and user testing have had a central role in creating the final design.
