Knight Frank, the independent global property consultant, has appointed Consolidated to handle PR for its commercial property division in Scotland.

Knight Frank has commercial offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow, employing forty people.

“Our Scottish network is growing and our brand profile is strong, but we don’t intend to rest on our laurels,” said Drew Oswald, Knight Frank’s head of Scotland commercial.

“An investment in PR will make sure that our corporate messages are being communicated to our key audiences in the media. Ultimately this will deliver bottom line benefits.”

“Our brief is to continue boosting the profile of the organisation and key individuals across the Scottish network,” said Will Holt, Consolidated’s Edinburgh director.

Knight Frank, was recently appointed as retained estates advisor for the £100m Scottish Courts Service portfolio, as well as Glasgow’s Atlantic Quay development.
