Big Communications has launched its first creative for the British Heart Foundation (BHF) after being appointed to the organisation’s design roster in December. The Valentine Appeal, which is appearing on 48-sheets, underground and in national press, has been developed to raise awareness and funding for specialist BHF nurses across the UK. Joint creative director at the Leicester-based agency, Mark Firth, said of the campaign: \"The fact that there aren’t enough BHF nurses to go around leaves us with some harsh choices to make, which is a powerful thought especially when faced with having to decide over the plight of a child.\" Big’s sister agency, Fuse Digital, is handling the online aspects of the Valentine Appeal activity.
