Golley Slater has been recruited to create the first UK advertising campaign for French fashion catalogue La Redoute.

The catalogue has previously marketed solely through direct marketing and magazine inserts, however Golley Slater is currently working on a national above-the-line advertising campaign, which will break next year.

The account is being spearheaded by Golley Slater’s Edinburgh office, and marks the office’s first win since Golley Slater opened in Scotland with the acquisition of Talented. The account was won in partnership with media agency Mediacom North.

Ian Dommett, managing director of Golley Slater North, said: “It’s a fabulous win for us because every woman in the UK knows La Redoute and it’s a household brand. They’ve decided that they are going to focus on building their brand and we’re delighted to be a part of it.”
