Scottish Enterprise has handed its Careers Scotland above the line brief to The Union after a pitch between Scottish Executive roster agencies.

Careers Scotland is the organisation that provides careers guidance both to companies, employees and those out of work.

The Union is to create a direct response and brand advertising campaign later this year and will continue to work with the organisation through 2006. The campaign is expected to include television, radio, outdoor and press executions.

The Union’s Giles Moffatt said: “Careers Scotland offers a fantastic service to people both in and out of employment. Our view is that the wider working population could benefit massively from the advice and guidance they offer.”
