Integrated agency, BANC Leeds has announced that the agency is to be rebranded as Clark McKay and Walpole North. Both Clark McKay and Walpole and BANC Leeds are part of Media Square plc (\"Media Square\"), the fast-growing AIM-listed marketing communications and marketing services group.

Gail Dudleston joins Clark McKay and Walpole North as managing director. Clark McKay and Walpole executive creative director Steve Walpole will work closely with the team at BANC Leeds.

Clark McKay and Walpole joined Media Square in September 2004, with the move into Leeds marking the company’s first stage in its growth strategy, which also includes broadening the agency’s offering in areas such as sales promotion.

BANC Leeds works with a variety of clients including Durex, P&G, The Kingspan Group and Silent Night, and employs 12 members of staff.

Commenting on the announcement, Jeremy Middleton, Media Square’s chief executive, said: \"Since we partnered with Clark McKay and Walpole over six months ago we have been impressed by the calibre of the senior management team. I can think of no one better placed to drive our Leeds operation to the next level and ensure that the Clark McKay and Walpole brand becomes a byword for creative excellence in the North of England.\"
