Realise has been appointed by Kwik-Fit Insurance to redesign and restructure its front-line, consumer website (www.kwik-fitinsurance.com).

Having successfully pitched to redevelop Kwik-Fit recruitment online, the relationship has been broadened to include the entire KFIS site.

This work represents the start of an anticipated long-term partnership between the two companies.

For kwik-fitinsurance.com, Realise has been asked to produce an online service that will provide customers with easy access to its range of products in order to help drive sales revenue.

The project will be managed by the Realise Studio team, with an emphasis on creative work to encourage uptake of KFIS products.

Andrew Craig, creative director at Realise, who heads up the studio team, said: “The commission to redevelop the customer-facing site is underpinned by a strong commitment on both sides to build a long-term e-business partnership. The redesign is a major undertaking, with the responsibility to make the company’s online presence work commercially. It also gives us the opportunity to bring genuine creative thinking to an everyday product.”

Michael Lynch, e-Commerce Manager for Kwik-Fit Insurance, who is working with Realise, said: “We chose Realise to redesign our site because of their creative and technical expertise. It is apparent from our discussions that they will be able to produce a site that is not only appealing to our customers but will allow us to update the news, offer and promotions on it in an easy, understandable manner.”
