CBJWT in £1m Hammonds win
Hammonds, the fitted bedroom and furniture manufacturer, has appointed CheethamBellJWT to its £1m advertising account following a competitive pitch.
The account was formerly with Midlands-based Cogent, who were not involved in the re-pitch, which was conducted through pitch-consultant AAR.
CheethamBellJWT will now develop a new brand positioning for Hammonds, which will be supported by a direct-response campaign consisting of both advertising and direct mail.
Claire Parker, marketing manager at Hammonds, said: \"In order to support our projected market share and profit growth, the marketing plans will see a greater emphasis upon the female consumer; and along with increasingly effective PR driven communication we aim to also build further brand awareness of Hammonds.\"
