Leeds College of Music is looking to Thompson for a full re-branding exercise as it strives to maintain its position as the largest, and leading, provider of music education in the country. The agency collected the brief after a four-way pitch and will now seek to develop a distinctive brand to reflect the institution’s forward thinking ethos and specialisms in niche music genres such as jazz.

Thompson has also completed a visual project in Leeds’ Round Foundry Media Centre (pictured). The team commissioned students from the city’s Metropolitan University to produce graphics for the building’s internal space, before developing their own look for its huge sliding doors.
