Freakworks has secured a contract to create the UK cinema trailers for this year’s Edinburgh International Film Festival.

The Leith-based production company, which was founded by Hamish Allison following the closure of Waterside TV, has been tasked by the world-renowned film festival to produce a 60-second trailer that will be screened at over 100 cinemas, including regional film theatres, UK-wide UGC screens and Edinburgh Film Festival venues. The trailers will encapsulate everything to do with the Festival.
