Poulter Partners has announced its intentions for the creative department following news that Paul Moran and Graham Doran, the agency’s creative directors, are leaving for a new venture.

During their three year stint at the Leeds agency, the pair have scooped numerous awards, including accolades at The Roses and Agency of the Year award at Cream.

Speaking of their plans, Doran said: \"We’d love to be involved in starting a truly creative agency here in Leeds and we’ll be discussing this with like-minded people over the next few months.\"

Gary McCall, group managing director at Poulter Partners, said: \"We’re going to take a more flexible approach to the creative department. We’ll probably strengthen the creative team with more of a junior appointment and will then use freelancers as and when required.

\"Graham and Paul have done a great job for us and they leave with our best wishes and I hope we get to work with them again in the future.\"
