Brahm has been re-appointed by Persimmon Homes, the UK’s second largest house builder, to handle its £6 million advertising campaign.

The house builder was believed to have been in talks with other undisclosed agencies in regards to taking over the account. However, the decision has now been taken to stay with incumbent agency Brahm. Persimmon Homes is owner of 24 house-building brands in total, including Beazer and Charles Church. Brahm has held the account for the past five years.

Commenting on the decision to stay with Brahm, marketing director of Persimmon David Bryant said: “In the end [we] decided that Brahm’s enthusiasm, cost-effective approach, knowledge and creative ideas represented the best way forward.”

Brahm’s chairman, Mike Baxendall, added: “We believe we have been very successful in giving them a consistent, contemporary image in all their advertising and collateral.”
