Bond has completed its first work for Deep Sea World, the Fife-based visitor attraction also known as Scotland’s Shark Capital.

The new campaign was devised to promote Shark Dives, the opportunity to swim with the attraction’s six fearsome Sand Tiger Sharks.

Press ads are appearing in the Scotsman and Daily Record and feature extreme close-up photography of the sharks – shot by underwater photographer Gavin Anderson. Radio ads on Beat 106 and Real Radio take a more humorous approach to the subject, warning people who look like seals, penguins, or Roy Scheider to avoid shark diving at all costs.

Charlotte Zammit, marketing manager at Deep Sea World, said: “Shark dives have proven very popular at this time of year as they make fantastic Christmas presents. Hopefully, our new campaign will remind people of that, and lead to fewer people receiving unwanted jumpers for Christmas.” The campaign is Bond’s first for Deep Sea World since winning the account earlier this year.
