Whyte and Mackay is to unveil a new TV campaign fronted by strange popster Har Mar Superstar for its Vladivar vodka brand. The campaign, developed by The Union, is aimed at Vladivar’s core audience of 18- to 24-year-old drinkers, who, although they only account for 11 per cent of the population, account for 39 per cent of regular vodka consumers. The strapline is “Some People Have Just Got It”, with the positioning built around an attitude that encourages viewers to “debunk” everything that is pretentious and over inflated in life.
