The Production Company become fastest growers

Sheffield-based print specialists The Production Company were celebrating last month after being named the fastest growing digital print company in the UK by digital print supplier Hewlett Packard. The award was made after measuring the individual print impressions made during the first six months that The Producton Company’s has been active in the digital print arena. The firm invested £300,000 in a new six colour HP Indigo 3000 Digital Print Machine earlier this year and also appointed Jon Bailey to head up the new digital unit. The company is now making over 350,000 impressions a month and is planning to invest in a second HP Indigo machine in the near future to meet client demand. Speaking of the accolade Bailey (pictured above on the right alongside sales and marketing director Graham Congreave) said: “This is a fantastic achievement for us as a company and we’re delighted how quickly we have been able to make it such a success. Digital will be a very important part of our future and we will now be working hard with HP to develop the software further to satisfy demand.”
