Eurocamp pitch up PR at WS North

Holidaybreak PLC has appointed Weber Shandwick North to handle its sought-after Eurocamp and Perfect Places PR briefs.

The team picked up the business following a pitch against several agencies, believed to include Manchester’s Citypress and Leedex Euro RSCG, and will now work to push awareness of the brands throughout the travel and consumer media.

“We were impressed by the team’s in-depth media knowledge,” said Holidaybreak PR manager Gill Fozard, “and the confidence they showed in their ability to deliver quality coverage in line with our demanding targets.”

Shandwick’s Jo Leah added that her team has now won their last nine pitches and she is considering branching further into the North with a new office.
