Inverness-based theKeithconsultancy has fought off stiff competition in a four-way pitch to win the Aberdeen and Grampian Tourist Board’s (AGTB) PR business.

The consultancy has already handled its first project for the tourist board, by co-ordinating its attendance at the VisitScotland Expo 2003, the annual showcase for the best of the Scottish tourism industry.

Commenting on theKeithconsultancy’s appointment, Ian Dunlop, chief executive of AGTB, said: “We have a lot to offer in the North East of Scotland and we need to raise our profile. As an agency they’ve offered us a barrel-load of ideas, and we’re looking forward to rolling them out throughout the course of the coming season.”
