There is still time to register your company to take part in this year’s search for the very best places to work in Scotland’s media and marketing community.
It doesn’t matter if you are big or small, client or agency, you can still take part and get an indication of how your staff feel about working for you.
Are your systems adequate? Do you communicate openly and honestly with your staff? Do you give your staff the training they need? These and more questions can be answered if you take part in the survey, the results of which will appear in The Drum.
All you have to do to register is e-mail Katy Archer the e-mail addresses of all your staff and she will then send your staff a simple questionnaire to complete, which will assess your company in areas such as Staff Perceptions, Internal Communication, Job Satisfaction and Confidence in Leadership.
