IPR chief quits to launch agency

Jane Cumming, the chair of the IPR Scotland, has left her position as head of communications at North of Scotland Water, along with two colleagues, to launch her own PR consultancy.

Platform PR will be based in the Highlands and will be headed up by Cumming, Robert McAllister and Jenny McPherson.
