Run Deep has launched a web site for the Association of Scottish Colleges - the main voice of further education in Scotland.

Meanwhile, on its own site the Edinburgh-based web agency ran a Big Brother of Web Design poll in which the most revered elements of web design were voted out of use.

In the running for eviction was Splash, Navigation, Flash, Javascript, Frames and Dynamic Page.

Frames was deemed the most annoying element of them all with 33.3 per cent of the votes while Splash was the runner up coming in with 30.6 votes.

Navigation proved to be the most popular tool of the trade escaping eviction with only 4.6 per cent.
