Taxi advertising firm AdCabs is to continue its legal fight with Glasgow City Council over its regulation of taxi advertising.

The company originally initiated court action earlier in the year and has already won a victory which will now pave the way for a further courtroom battle.

The City Council was found guilty of not submitting several graphics proposed by AdCabs to a committee, which is the law. The Council is being forced to pay £6,000 in legal fees for AdCabs. When the fees are paid AdCabs will again pick up the original fight against the City's strict taxi advertising legislation.
