Leading from the front you will be instrumental in taking their creative output up a notch or three, continuously encouraging and developing your current studio team of digital, motion and graphic designers.   You will still be a great hands on conceptualiser, strategic thinker and communicator. Working closely with the head of marketing, utilising you studio team effectively and improving the customer journey that ultimately increase sales.
