They work with print, digital, and animation, and due to continued growth are looking for a well-organised individual to work across these disciplines. As Production Coordinator, you will be working closely with the two directors, making sure that information is distributed to the team; the role will not involve team management, but you should be happy quality checking work and making sure information is accurately conveyed to the team. The role will entail ensuring that deadlines are met and that work is delivered both efficiently and on time, quality checking work, ensuring that work meets brand guidelines, working with directors to develop briefs, scheduling and providing estimates for jobs, and understanding job trafficking systems. As an individual, you should have ideally two years’ experience in a similar role, but applicants with less experience will be considered if they can demonstrate excellent organisational skills and an ability to learn quickly, alongside their experience. If you have a B2B, healthcare, or pharmaceutical background then that would be advantageous but is by no means essential – the relevant specific skills and an excellent work ethic are crucial.
