We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join our busy communications team to help deliver internal communications to 3,800 fi eld and offi ce based employees. A key part of the role will be assisting with the delivery of a robust internal communications plan across a range of channels in order to build employee engagement, motivation, and understanding of strategic direction and provide the opportunity for employee feedback.   The successful candidate must have experience in delivering creative and engaging internal communications that support company goals and drive behaviour change.
