RAR is an online and consultancy business providing data, insights and tools that enable brands to make smart choices about their agency investments. RAR collects agency performance data and identifies recommended agencies across the marketing sector. Recommended agencies can become RAR members and doing so they can improve visibility, build credibility and measure performance. The Executive Assistant will provide excellent customer service on a day-to day basis and perform administrative, sales and executive support duties. You will be responsible for regular database updates and will answer general enquiries by phone and e-mail. You will support the delivery of key offline publications and projects throughout the year. Responsibilities will include recording of online agency registrations, adding new agencies to CRM, handling online enquiries and signposting other general enquiries, data correction/ cleansing on RAR and CRM systems, chasing copy for RAR publications, supporting rating and recommendation process. The role will also include administration of post, dealing with telephone enquiries, chasing invoice payments, arranging travel and accommodation bookings, taking minutes at meetings and managing team action lists.
