RM Education is the leading supplier of Managed Services to UK schools. As Managed Services Account Manager you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships at operational and management level with a number of customers within a defined geographic patch. You will be the main sales contact for these Accounts and you will work closely with the Client Relationship Manager and Operations teams with shared responsibility for renewals, revenue growth targets and profitability. In addition you will ensure that customer care is maximised with timely and appropriate responses to customer service issues. What does this mean? Your purpose will be creating and embedding system management plans essentially, "how do we manage our assets?" Duties will include: Identifying risks to customer service and assets for example: What happens when an asset stops working? What is the loss to the customer/the community? Work out a backup plan to minimise risk. What's the cost in money and reputation? When do we decided to buy, sell or demolish our assets? All big decisions on assets.
