You will be leading & mentoring the design department and your duties will include taking client briefs, delegating & briefing-in the design team, managing & trafficking the workflow and generally managing the team on a day-to-day basis. It is essential that you have previous man management experience and it would advantageous (but not essential) if you had hands-on design skills using Illustrator and Photoshop. Ideally you will be from a creative gift, packaging, illustrative or product design background.
