Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Account Director to join their team. A proven track record within integrated/creative agencies is required and as Account Director you will lead and develop a team working for an exciting mix of clients (likely to be retail/telco). At the Account Director level it is essential that you are able to take responsibility for growing and retaining existing accounts. You will also be required to provide marketing consultancy to senior level marketing professionals to provide them with effective creative solutions to their marketing objectives.  We're looking for a strong all-rounder, someone who has an excellent knowledge of strategic brand management but who is also strong on delivery and who can work on everything from traditional advertising and SP campaigns but also has a lot of digital exposure too.
