Our client continues to go from strength to strength, and because of this they are looking to add a Junior Web Designer to their team. This role will cover all aspects of web design and maintenance for their main site, whether this be maintaining and adding online content, adding new products and design elements, or, when required, developing and redesigning pages and sections. You will liaise closely with all other departments to assist website development as required and to coordinate copy and images, with the end goal of making sure everything is updated in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will assist with email marketing campaigns to provide product and creative images and influence email template design, as well as liaise with E-Commerce Managers to optimise website performance.
You will need to have proven experience within a commercial design environment, gained from either a year out placement, internship or post graduate employment, and have excellent knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop and HTML. Any knowledge of ASP, .Net, XML, Google Optimiser and web analytics software would be advantageous.
