We're looking for someone who has a proven track record in brand planning and someone who has over 8 years agency experience. You'll need to be credible working at a senior level with clients and with sufficient gravitas to drive and grow relationships both internally and externally. We're looking for a Senior Brand Planner who comes with excellent skills in qual and quant research, who can use this to develop insight and to develop creative propositions. You'll work closely with creative teams to come up with big ideas that deliver results. This will be a pivotal role within the agency and as Senior Brand Planner you'll be involved in all existing accounts but will play a key role in winning new business and pitches too. Whilst you might come with big agency experience, you'll be happy to be part of an independent agency but one where success is rewarded and where it is possible to have a good work life balance.
