Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Web/New Media Officer based in East Midlands, for a Leading organisation the role is a permanent position. The main purpose as the Web/New Media officer is to manage, maintain and develop the primary route of initial communication.

As the New/Web Media Officer your responsibilities would be:
-Responsible for managing and maintain the development of the customer centre web and new media applications.
-Managing third party supplier's relationships with the companies web hosting partners.
-Ensuring that all departmental staff fully understands the web and new media applications, are proficient in their use and are able to explain to their customers.
-Responsible of making sure the companies departments are aware of developments in the E-commerce and new media field in order to formulate strategy.

As a successful Web/New Media Officer you will need the following:
-Experience of HTML, CSS & JS programming
-Experience in .net, SQL, programming
-Understanding of how web platforms will interact.
-Track record of participating in IT Projects/improvements with 3rd party providers.
