Lead User Experience Architect

Three's mobile network is growing at a tremendous pace. And as true pioneers in 3G technology and mobile Internet, our customers haven't seen anything yet. Join us as a Lead User Experience Architect and you'll make our websites as user friendly as possible and help to deliver a service that's better than ever.

With all the latest products and a first class network, Three is the place to be when it comes to great mobile data service. We want our online offer to reflect this. And you'll make sure it does as you design and develop an effective multi-channel strategy to that end. Looking at the bigger picture, you'll draw on your technical know-how to lead the creation of cross-functional, user friendly experiences across our web, mobile and app touchpoints. That means analysing customer feedback and balancing it with business requirements to identify areas for improvement. It also means drawing on your well-developed relationship management skills as you communicate these designs internally and externally, through a range of methods. Succeed, and you'll be realising customer and content requirements and translating our business goals into design solutions that'll make navigating the channels a piece of cake. With a huge variety of projects to take on, you'll play a key part in creating a market-leading customer experience.

A technical expert, you'll have a background in user experience, or information architecture at a senior level, gained either with an agency or in a corporate, E-commerce environment. You'll certainly have broad knowledge in the analysis of user behaviour, backed up by sound commercial know-how and a real creative Spark. Of course, you'll be more than familiar with creative tools - from Microsoft Visio, Omnigraffle and Adobe, to HTML and Dreamweaver. But just as important, you'll have the leadership ability to drive the success of virtual teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business and influencing others to get the best results for both Three and our customers.

Three might be the UK's fastest growing network, but good service isn't just about size. It's about speed and quality too. Which is why we also work hard to provide the quickest and smoothest Internet on the move. With affordable pricing and plenty of ways to stay connected, it's not surprising we're such a popular choice for smartphone and mobile broadband users. We're committed to improving things for our customers and it's an attitude that's reflected throughout our business: every single person at Three believes we can challenge, change and lead the mobile communications industry. We're no ordinary telecoms company. And this is no ordinary career. Things move faster at Three.
