Our client is the UK's leading online performance marketing network. They are now seeking a PHP Developer to join their team.

If you are an innovative PHP developer with strong experience of MVC frameworks and great MySQL, CSS, HTML, JSON, XML and AJAX skills, this is a prime opening to develop your career with a market leader. As a PHP Developer, you will strive to innovate, improve and maintain our client's award-winning platform, tools and teams. You'll work with passionate, like-minded teams to create amazing software that users will love and our client is proud to put their name to.

Specifically, you will work within a scrum team environment within a department of five teams, writing outstanding code for new features for our client's affiliate marketing platform. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will undertake the full spectrum of development tasks and help to create the environment in which the team operates.

You will ensure that products and applications perform well above their minimum specification and work to constantly refine the codebase.

Taking the opportunity to define your own processes and tools, you'll undertake training, coaching and mentoring with the full backing of our client.

To be considered, you must have:

- At least two years' OO PHP experience with MVC frameworks, preferably Zend
- Commercial experience of building enterprise quality software, especially utilising OO PHP
- Strong MySQL, CSS, HTML, JSON, XML and AJAX skills
- Experience of testing, particularly unit testing
- Proficiency in the use of version control, preferably Git
- Some exposure to Agile and Scrum

As a PHP Developer, you must be a hard-working, creative and agile team player, with a creative and critical approach and great problem-solving skills.

Good JavaScript with jQuery experience would be an advantage to your application. Experience with PHPUnit would be beneficial.
