A highly successful and rapidly evolving South Yorkshire agency requires an Account Director with at least 7 years’ agency account handling experience and a good understanding of retail marketing and the various media channels – online and offline – through which to deliver high impact campaigns that help clients achieve volume and market share objectives.
Working as part of a small team, the ideal candidate for this position will be a strategic thinker and someone who has experience in working alongside researchers and planners; however, in reality, they also need to be a ‘doer’, with a hands-on approach, strong briefing and project management skills and the ability to liaise with (and effectively manage) creative, artwork, photography and print production depts, as well as external suppliers. Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work within tight deadlines and effectively multi-task, are essential - this is a busy, fast-moving environment.
This is a senior role in which you will be expected to profitably manage existing clients and also expected to assist with the development of new business, as part of the senior team. The salary is highly competitive. And the prospects are entirely up to you.
