eCommerce Account Manager - London - 40,000 Basic
Account Manager is required for our innovative Software as a Services (SaaS) client in London. Our client design, build, manage, host and support many well known organisations in Europe.
The ideal Account Manager will have a client relationship, customer services background and extremely customer focused. With a technical understanding having worked for an IT, Software, Retail or Services company previously.
You will be responsible for delivering E-commerce solutions and be able to understand clients operations at all levels both technical and non-technical. You will work with established clients to design and develop roadmaps and business cases and liaise with multiple teams within the business to ensure their needs are met.
The Account Manager is also responsible for delivery and providing support to clients including training whilst building relationships within your clients to ensure you are their first port of call.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Tier 1 retailers being their voice within the business. Clients are predominately London based but particularly South Coast - it is anticipated you will be on client side at least three days a week.For a detailed job specification please apply online.
